h1b/h4b visa stamping at Ottawa US consulate
This forum is quite useful, so wanted to share my experience. My appt was on Feb 25th at 7:45AM and I arrived at 7:25, but was asked to wait out until 7:35 in freezing cold :(. After we went in, had to go through security check, to one window for document verification, another one for finger printing and the other one for the interview. I was asked about my Job title, responsibilities, Salary, how many years on H1(in my case, it was 10th year!!) and Know your rights. I came to know about Know Your Rights question through this forum, so quickly went through the pamplet while I was waiting in the queue. The VO jokingly said I got A+ for the answer ;), then she said everything was looking good with my app and then she said my VISA was approved and passport would be delivered in 2-4 Business days.

Status now shows Admin Processing as of the evening, so eagerly waiting for my Passport to escape the brutal cold.
