Adjustment of Status - I-485

So my husband and I went to the interview at the beginning of January and things went pretty well, the lady was nice. Unfortunately my husbands medical exam was expired and she said she couldn't officially approve us until we turned in a new one. She also told us to wait til mid January to send it in since our two year anniversary was in February, and so that she could " help us out" with a 10-year green card instead of the 2-year. We submitted the medical exam in early February and I sent it certified mail (we did get the certified receipt back) and the status on my case changed to " We have received your case and are reviewing it..." etc... we haven't received notice since then. Should I be anxious? Lol I tell my husband because he asks everyday to be patient but now I am starting to lose my mind a little.
