Using InfoPass
Hello all!

Just wondering if anyone has used an InfoPass to inquire about the status of their case. I have not heard anything for over 60 days, and even after having already sent in my RFIE documents (delievered at the local USCIS office on 12/19/2018). Every time I call USCIS, nobody knows what's going on with my case. "Oh! That's weird, you should have gotten a receipt by now".
I even submitted a Service Request on 01/22/2019 and was told that I should have an answer (directly from the local USCIS office here in Tucson, AZ) within 30 days, but nothing. Called USCIS again and no progress, and nobody knows anything, not even the Tier 2 officers that I have spoken to over phone know anything.
So, I deciced to schedule an InfoPass appointment for 03/13/2019 (exactly 8 months since my PD [07/13/2018] and almost 3 months after I had the AOS interview on 12/17/2018) to see if they can do something for me. Do you think this will solve anything? What is it like when you have an InfoPass appointment?

I appreciate your input! :)
