Country - India
Filed AOS - 12 Jan 2017 [Concurrent filing]
Priority Date - 12 Jan 2017

I-140 approval - 17 Jan 2018
RFE mailed - 27 Feb 2018
Response to RFE accepted by USCIS - 31 March 2018

Retrogression from April to October 2018

Priority Date became current on 1st Feb 2019.

File re-opened by USCIS - 24 Jan 2019 [assumption as per date change in "egov.uscis.gov" website]

Approval notice email received - 28 Feb 2019
New Card being produced - 26 Feb 2019

Please note:
"my.uscis.gov" portal shows accurate status always.
Other site for egov.uscis.gov is still showing old RFER status.
