One of my friends shared his experience with me. He had an argument with his girlfriend. He lived in a quiet neighborhood. His neighbors heard the noise and called the police. Police came and took him to the county jail. He was released in several hours because of the bail. After that, he received a statement from the district's attorney office and said that no charge is filed due to the interest of justice. This incident happened last year. He wants to apply for citizenship this year. He is wondering if this incident will affect his naturalization. If anyone has a similar experience, please reply to me. I really appreciate it.
