December 04th 2018: RFE for Form I-140
December 13th 2018: Biometrics for me and my husband
February 6th 2019: USCIS received RFE response (I changed lawyers so it took some time to respond)
February 14th 2019: Form I-140 was approved
February 19th 2019: We ordered your new card (I-765 approved)
February 22nd 2019: EAD card was mailed
February 27th 2019: EAD/AP card received in the mail with the approval notice
Still no updates for my husband who filed the same day; should I call and ask about his case?
