AOS in removal proccessing
I'm in removal processing (asylum pending) my next individual court is march 2020 and I married to US citizen in 2017, my 130 approval came on Oct 2018 after an interview. I discussed many lawyers but they made me more confused. I did not do motion to terminate with court, i have not send anything to the court. I filed I-485 last month. the PD is December 2017. Anybody knows if priory date effect in I-485 timing ?
I do not know if my AOS gonna be approve or denied. anybody have the same experience or any information please advice.
