My Interview scheduled in other service center
Dear all members, Greeting to you all!
Since October 22, my online case status says, we canceled the interview scheduled for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY ZZZ. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.
One month ago, I called USCIS customer service to talk to level 2 officer on phone to know why my interview scheduled canceled? Finally, He said my interview was wrongly scheduled to Missouri service center(which is not my service center), mine in Dallas Tx. The officer said it takes 180 days to reschedule my interview at my service center. Now almost 4 months no update. I don't know since when I count 180 days? Anyone of you guys faces the same experience, please would you share it in here?
