Can somebody help me on how to reach the USCIS office without having to spk to another auto response. ..I.e being computerised answering system. I want to spk to an agent. .I mean a human being but not a robot. I have done my finger print with a notification of me being ready to be scheduled for an interview.
However, I have not received my EAD yet. Can somebody help me out pls?
