Need help for case without any update
Hello everyone! I already provide the fingerprints for I-765 on Oct 31 2018 but my case has no update. When I checked "my case update" on USCIS website, it still said "On October 3, 2018, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number MSC **** **** **** * and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. ......." and no update. I already checked the case processing time. Does anyone know if I any problems or not? Still waiting the EAD.
