HI fellow members need some advice
I know that's the rule Applicant must fulfill 30 months physical presence out of five years
1 at the time of application sent . 2 at the time interview 3 on oath date .
Question . at the time of filing I spend 900 days out side in last five years May 2013 to May 2018 no trip over 18o days.
after bio took 2 trips with 110 days
now calculated days from (Mar 2014 to Mar 2019 last five years ) totals days out side 822
Question is how Oi will calculate at the day of interview time spend out side at the time of filling 900 + 110=1010 (MAY 2013 to MAR 2019 which is more than 5 years )
IF IO CALUCLATE DAYS SINCE I APPLIED TILL NOW THATS GOING TO BE 1010 WHICH MAKES NOT ELIGABLE
OR MAR 2014 to Mar 2019 822 days (NOW BECKWARDS FIVE YEARS ARE MAR 2014 TO MAR 2019)
