Hello guys,
I had AOS marriage-based interview on Feb 19, 2019 at the Atlanta field office. At the end of the interview the IO said everything looked good and gave us a white paper saying case is under review. He told us to expect decision in the mail within 30 days and that he was going to expedite it. However yesterday I got a mail from uscis for an interview appointment for form I-130 addressed to my wife. We are confused about this appointment since we already had the interview a week ago. Please note that the appointment letter didn’t say we are being called back for a second or stoke interview. It says it’s for form I-30. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Please share your thought! I intend to call them for clarification and also to schedule an infopass. Thank you in anticipation for your constructive comments!
