I485!
Hi Guys !! I am writing my experience maybe someone had the same problem.
I had my Adjs status interview on January 22 2019 , I married to a USA citizen, he is a military, our interview was At NY Federal Plaza. The Ofical asked a few questions, about my marriage, everything was good. After reviewing all documents and asked the yes or not questions ,He told me to i needs a new Medical exams because the lawyer opened , but when the interview finished he just told us , we will get a response the latest jn 90 days , and if my case is approved I will get the permanent GC , cause we have been married for 3 years. And he didn’t give us any paper. On January 23 I got an update from USCIS about I130 , it was approved, a few days later , we got the I797 letter . That was the last update we got from USCIS. I called my lawyer, he told me , I have to file the waiver , because the type of visit I last enter USA was using a C1 visa . The lawyer never mentioned that before , and he was the one doing everything for us since the beginning. I don’t know what to do ?? My husband told the Lawyer we not giving them any more money or filing any other document if we don’t get a response from USCIS!.
I very nervous, don’t know what to do ? Has any of you had the same situation or something similar ??
