This forum has been really helpful for me when I was stressed about the wait, so I wanted to share my timeline.
Los Angeles Filer.
10/22/2017 - PD
10/30/2017 - Biometrics Scheduled
6/22/2018 - EAD approved
6/28/2018 - Interview ready to be scheduled
1/22/2019 - Interview scheduled
2/26/2019 - Interview at LA field office (San Fernando)
3/4/2019 - Updated to card being produced
It took longer than we had hoped, but the processing time in LA is about 15-28 months, so we're somewhere in the middle.
We did not use a lawyer and had an RFE for an additional year of taxes, which is why it took so long for the EAD to be approved.
Good luck, everyone! I know it's stressful waiting, but if you have everything in order, you will be fine.
