02/14/2018 Senator office contacted USCIS NBC.
02/27/2018 called senator office for update, and expressed urgency.
03/01/2018 got a call from senator office that he have contacted USCIS and confirmed officer is working on the case. It is expected to be process in 30 days.
03/05/2018 Status change regarding I-765 from 'case received' to 'New Card being produced'
I think contacting Senator office helped.
Other status
I-131 : Fingerprint Review Was Completed
I-485 : Fingerprint Fee Was Received
I-140 : Case Was Transferred to NBC
Why I-131 and I-485 shows different status? It is very confusing.
My wife's I-765 is sill pending. Does the family member process bit later than the primary applicant?
