I just received an update "Card was mailed to me" a few seconds ago.
I have two questions:
1. When can I call the USCIS for tracking number? will tier 1 officer has the information for tracking number or i have to reach tier 2 ?
2. normally how many days u receive ur ead after "card was mailed to me"?
