Hello guys,
I came to update my case. Just today I called USCIS to get the tracking, tier 1 officer insisted that there is no tracking available. But I didn't give up, I asked to speak with Tier 2 officer. The agent kept telling me that they can only tell me same information, and they do not ship package with tracking for EAD. I knew he is not telling me the right information. I waited 3 hours for the tier 2 officer to call back and then the case was updated with tracking from USPS.
I also have informed delivery from USPS for daily mail updates, but I just wanted to make sure that they deliver to the right address. We've waited a long time for the card, and we definitely do not want it to be lost.
