NYC filer interview
Long timer observer ,first time poster looking for insight for next step.

Pd: 5/20/2017
Interview: 11/8/2018

My interview was at 2pm. (Don’t know if afternoon appointment has a longer processing time)

During my interview at federal plaza my IO didn’t even ask for my medical. I traliazed when I left the interview and rush back to give it to the front desk later to shady it to her. She gave us the white slip and all she told us was to file an inquiry if it takes longer than 120 days.

We had a lot of edvidence with us but the IO only asked to see two and didn’t asked for any more. So we didn’t get to give her much documents beside the ones she requested for. We also have a sponsor but don’t know if that played a role for the case to take such a long time to not hear back. I have seen a lot of people on this forum get a response the same day or within the month.

Today makes 120 days. I had already filed an inquiry a month ago and that inquiry is still not assigned for processing. Should I call to speak to a tier 2 officer or ask my congresswoman to help locate my application.

Any suggestions?
