I-765 & I-131 filed in mid July 2018, still not received, SR is currently not assigned for processin
Hi,
I need help from the experts, my and my wife's I-765 & I-131 was filed for Renewal in mid July 2018 and first week of Aug 2018 respectively, we have still not received the same.
On 5 Feb 2019 our attorney made a case enquiry, but USCIS website still says for all the 4 cases-:
As of February 5, 2019, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR **** **** ***MSC, is currently not assigned for processing.
What are my options here should I again raise a service request or what should I do.Does anyone has experience similar situation.
Note: Our EAD expired in Nov 2018 and we are on 6 months automatic extension. My wife will loose her job in first week of May 2019 as she works on GC EAD.
