AOS Experience
I've been a reader of this forum for almost one year and it has helped me in so many ways:
I feel it is my duty to also - amongst other posters - share my experience. I will try to focus on the important points that I found helpful.

AOS: PD March 2018
August 2018: Received Work Permit, Social Security and Advance Parole
Once your work permit is approved, Your Social Security (SS) will be automatically mailed to you so no need to worry about applying separately. Also the SS will state for work permit purposes only (not in exact words).

I filed in Orlando but relocated to Fort Lauderdale in July and updated with USCIS website my address. Immediately thereafter all correspondence were sent to my new address.
Jan 2019 : Interview Scheduled
January 2019 - Received interview notice in the mail addressed to my Orlando address and interview scheduled in Orlando for March 2019.
I received the notice as I had requested for USPS to forward any mails sent to my old address to be delivered to new address.

Interview Day: Apt 7am.
Security checkpoint - Please have your ID and the interview notice in hand for inspection.
Check In - they scan your interview notice in system and once confirmed they give a number for you to sit and wait your number to be called.
I was immediately called right after I got the number.
In attendance: Me, my spouse and our child.
I had two folders one with all supporting documents - if you would like I can share and the other with civil documents and originals of everything newly and prior submitted.
The officer introduced herself took my finger prints and photo, Sworn in.
Asked if I had any documents to submit. While I was submitting them to her, she mentioned how much she appreciated my preparation and noted if every one was like that the the process would be so much easier and noted the consequences of not preparing.
No questions asked just my spouse and her conversing and laughing and during the friendly dialogue she asked how we met, my spouse quickly answered - he was in full comfort mode and she handed me the approval letter while conversing and explained the next steps - updating SS and the date I should apply to remove conditional green card (less than two years married).

The interview was for about 20 minutes only because of the friendly dialogue.
She also noted a child also help confirm genuine relationship though not independent of itself. PREPARATION is KEY!
Also, please label photos you want leave behind with date. The officer mentioned photos of spouses alone is not important, they want to see family and friends photos.
Also, photo album is bulky they don't have space for that. She gave me a sticky sheet that the photos adhere to, to write the details beside each of them. 20 photos of family and friends (with you and your spouse in the photo) is sufficient. But you can also take your album just for viewing purposes.

By 3pm - Case approved.
3 days later - card mailed
