After a very long wait for my renewal EAD, Today I received an update saying that my card was picked up by USPS!!!!
Here is my Timeline:
Renewal Date June 25, 2018
December 15, 2018 First SR (No response)
January 15, 2019 Second SR (No response)
January 23, 2019 Contacted Senator Rubio's Office
Feb 8, 2019 Expedite request on both I-131 and I-765
Feb 12, 2019 Submitted Evidence by Fax on both requests
Feb 26, 2019 Email from Senator Rubio's Office saying application for Renewal outside of processing times due to delays in background Checks....
Mar 4, 2019 Card being Produced
Mar 8, 2019 Notice of Action in Hand
Mar 11, 2019 Card picked up by USPS
After 259 days of wait, finally my card is due to arrive....
Hang in there and use every available resource, calls, senators, congressman, ombudsman, etc... at the end, either by harassment or by due process it WILL GET DONE...
