"Class (If Applicable)" is empty in I-797C NOK for I-130 form
Hello guys,
I am a USC, me and my husband have concurrently filed I-130,I-485,I-765,I-864,I-131,I-693 form to Chicago office.
I received the I797C NOK for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 yesterday.
When I checked the I-797C NOK for I-130, it shows the beneficiaries information (Which is my husband and he is on F-1), in which the field "Class (if applicable)" shows empty.
Anyone knows if it is correct ? does it need to be empty ?? or does it need to show F-1, since my husband is on F-1.
If anyone knows about this please do share your answer, it will help me to figure out. Thank you :)
