Travel After AOS Interview on L Visa
Is it safe to travel outside the USA after AOS Interview without advance parole? Due to retrogression I will not get GC in had after AOS interview next month and may have to wait for few months. I need to travel in June. I have valid L visa for myself and dependents. According to USCIS and CBP there are exceptions to Advance Parole. Those on H1B, L and K3/4 status do not require AP to travel after applying AOS (of course, still need valid visa to come back).
