Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello everyone, it's my first time to write my experience and ask for questions.

Let me share my asylum case timeline first.

2014 filed asylum case
2017 interview rejected
2018 master hearing (individual hearing schedule on 12/12/2018)

During waiting for individual i got married and file family based i-485, and the timeline as below.

2017 filed i-130
2018 i-130 approved
2018 filed i-485 to uscis with the approval letter i-130

on 12/12/2018 immigration judge granted my i-485 and withdrawn my asylum case.
It cost only 15 minutes in the court, trial attorney didn't ask much questions about our marriage life and my previous case.

After i received final order from Judge, i followed uscis website instructions(please check below link), i waited for more than 3 business days to wait them to update my information on the computer.

On 12/20/2018 i went to uscis field office to drop off the final order and gave them my mailing address to receive green card by mail. And officer informed me i will receive my card within 4 weeks by mail.

And now 3/21/2019 i still didn't receive my card. I keep calling uscis and they just told me to wait. My work permit will be expired soon, so i scheduled infopass again in order to get i-551 stamp on my passport, cuz i don't have any files that proof my status since my i-485 case status is closed. But the officer told me that they can't provide me a stamp cuz she didn't get information that she wants, she said court didn't provide proper information.

Is anyone can advise what should i do next?
please.....
i submit inquiries for many times and i called uscis customer service and visited infopass... didn't work out.

Can i write a letter to judge?
