DX delivery writes failed delivery as no one was at home. No cards left. No local pick up.

pay extra 5 pounds to deliver am or pm.
Arranged 9-5 delivery for 6/03/2019.
waited in front door from 9am to 6pm.
called dx no response.
someone knocks at my door at 7-pm with the post.

1 make sure photos are correct.
2 make sure middle names are updated.
3 make sure to go with royal mail return envelops which will cost less than 5 ponds insted of 20 ponds dx delivery.

OCI is fast processing.
Delivery takes more time if DX is involved.
Royal mail is the king.
