My green card may be revoke ?
My wife falsely accused me for domestic violence, case was not filed, what’s going to happen to my green card?
Hi, my wife went crazy because I told her I was going to leave her. She tried to over dose on pills, and she try cutting herself saying that she wanted to kill her self. She hitted hershelf on her eighth harm and leave some bruises. The next day I still told her I was going to leave her after she came back from work, so she decided to accused me of domestic violence due to coworkers influence. I went to jail for one night, and after I decided tia ray with her she recused herself from all the charges. The DA said she will it filed charges at all. I never touched her. Now my question is what’s going to happen to my green card? Are they going to revoked my green card because I was arrested? Please help
