Biometric completed Nov 27th 2018
Online case status reads “On date given, we accepted your finger print fee for your Form I485........ etc etc and has not changed since 145 days since application package mailed out.
Have not heard any update since ..... however I did use notice of action i94 my passport marriage cert letter to have my license reissued and is now valid for one year so I can drive but I really need to work can anyone advise on the next step I can take or what’s the next process to expect. I tried raising a case enquiry but they said that I’m still within the processing time frame. I’m stuck and need to work to help my spouse out.
