I 485 interview
I was recenly aprroved for I 140 visa, i am waiting for green card interview now. But I got injured working for company that is my sponsor. My boss is still paying my health insurance but I am on workmans comp because I am not able to work right now and i have to spend some time in the house untill i recover completely. (Bulge disc). Can take up to one year. I have with me doctor's note and boss's letter where he says that i can go back once when I get recover. I worked for him more than 8 monts on my EAD Card before I got injured. My question is: is that going to affect my green card approval?
