H1B stamped after receiving 221g letter at the time of Visa Interview
Here is my H1B and H4 Visa experience

Jan 15th: Bio-metric at VAC New Delhi
Jan 16th: H1B visa interview at New Delhi consulate. (Below are Q&A from my Visa interview)

Me: Good Morning
VO: No Reply for Good Morning. Give me your I797 and Passport
Me: Passport passed over.
VO: Who is your petitioner?
Me: xxxx company.
VO: How long you’re working for xxxx company.
Me: xxxx years.
VO: What will be your US salary in $?
Me: $ xxxx annually.
VO: Will you be working at client location or for Internal project.
Me: at Client Location
VO: What is the name of client?
Me: xxxx
VO: Can you show me a letter from End Client?
Me: Not carrying currently.
VO: What is the address of client office?
Me: xxxx
VO: What will be your role at client location?
Me: xxxx
VO: What is your Highest Qualification?
Me: xxxx
Questions asked to spouse:
VO: How long you have been married?
S: xxxx years
VO: What is your highest qualification?
S: xxxx
VO: How old is your child?

VO: Handed over Blue color 221g letter to me and said “Putting your case on hold until you share few additional documents mentioned in 221g”
Me: How/where can I submit the documents.
VO: All the instructions are mentioned in 221g slip.
Me: Thank you.

Feb 7th: emailed all the requested documents in specified format to US consulate on given mail id.
Feb 7th: system generated email acknowledgment received for documents submission.
Feb 12th: Visa status on CEAC portal updated to “Administrative Processing”.
March 4th: US dept. of state contacted my client and requested for additional information related to me.
March 12th: email received for submission of all the passports to nearest VAC ASAP.
March 15th: Passport submitted. Visa status “Administrative Processing”.
March 18th: Visa status “Administrative Processing”. Passport status “You passport is still with US consulate/embassy.”
March 19th: Visa Status “Issued”. Passport status “You passport is still with US consulate/embassy.”
March 20th: email received for passport collection from VAC. Passport status “You passport is ready for pick-up”. Personally collected my passport with visa stamping.

Note: You will definitely get your visa stamped if you’ve all the documents, so nothing to worry. Just be patient and you should receive an update for sure!
