Hi,
I had my H1b stamping(extension) visa appointment in Vancouver this morning at 7 AM. My husband (also H1b first time) also had his appointment with me. We had our son with us(US citizen). The officer asked where we work, how long have we been working there, What is my husband's title.
Where did we do our masters from and did we do OPT? He then handed over the white form 221g saying our case needs some additional processing. He pointed to the tracking link and said that we will get the status there weather issued or rejected. I am extremely scared now. We travelled from San Francisco to Vancouver for the appointment. What are the chances that it will get approved? How long does it usually take?
