I got married to US citizen in September 2017
PD 10/13/17
Finger print 11/16/17
EAD card in hands 05/09/18
"Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" since 05/01/18 and nothing yet...
We called USCIS few times- nothing. They sad in December- we will give an answer in a month and still any news.
My work authorization expires in may,
we applied for new one on 02/24/19
And our lowers said USCIS givens us money back for new work authorizaton card...
Does anyone from NY have the same time or similar situation.
