Hi fillers, currently I am so stressed 😩 and need help to answers.
This is my scenario, January 2017 we filed i130 and got approved August and because we did not get lawyer we screwed up and find out we have to file it together. So we asked help from someone who could help us but not a lawyer. March 2019 we had interview. Question is on i130 I remember I put the names of kids of my husband out of marriage and i485 we did not put it as I thought it should be my kids . But from the interview we mentioned it that I have spent kids and officer asked me why I did not put my step kids name so I answered him that I thought the question is under me as I am the one who is adjusting status. Will it be grounds from our application? I am so worried and they might think that we lied. Please help. Thank u for future reply’s
