Received an update on I-485 “We scheduled an interview” but no EAD/AP update
Hi,
I have an employment based case with an i-765, I-485, I-131 pending.
RD: oct 9, 2018
Biometric: nov 7, 2018
No update on my EAD/AP. Because I haven’t worked this whole time and I have a job offer waiting, I filed for an expedited processing last week. I didn’t get any update on my I-765 or I-131 (EAD/AP) but on March 28, 2019, my I-485 showed an update of “We scheduled an interview. A notice has been mailed to you”.
Is this typical? Will I receive my EAD/AP soon? Does the interview get scheduled before your work authorization is processed sometimes? THANK YOU! Good luck to all of you! Thanks for the support!!
