J2 EAD card
I'm on a J2 visa and received my EAD card 2 months after the approval date and it was only valid for 1 month from when I received it! I had a job offer that I couldn't start.
I've had an info pass appointment, the officer told me to apply for an expedite due to financial loss, I told her I can't support the J1 holder but she said just do it and they will contact you and then you can explain your case. They just denied my expedite because I can't support the J1 holder!
I expedited again under USCIS error and explained what happened, they seem not to read my request and sent the same reply as first time.
Can I file a complaint? Or can a lawyer help me with that?
