Need some help for H4 stamping in Canada.
Hi All,
Currently I am residing in USA and my Change of status from F2 to H4 is under process. We have also received confirmation of PR for Canada and need to do the landing formalities before 19 May 2019. Seeing the current processing times for H4 petitions ,I do not think the change of status will be approved any time soon. Thus, I will have to go for Consular processing in Canada.
1) Should I choose YES or NO for the question "
Are you traveling from another country to apply for a U.S. visa in Canada?" because we will land with COPR.
2) Currently the first available dates are shown in August 2019. I have not paid the fees yet. can anyone help me in knowing if there are slots available in May 2019.
3) Which delivery location should I choose in Toronto ?
