Hi,

Applied from Seattle, marriage based Adjustment of Status (spouse USC)

My details are below,
PD: Feb 10, 2018
RFE received: Mar, 2018 (for sponsor)
RFE responded: April, 2018
Courtesy Letter: May 2, 2018 (form i693 was in old format, but was asked not to mail in any document now, has to take care during interview)
EAD received: July 27, 2018

Still waiting for the interview notice.

Dince I was asked not to mail in anything at this moment and take care of that during interview, it means We have to bring an updated madical form filled-up along with us during our interview. I filled up the original medical form in January 2018 and when I got the courtesy letter I went to the doctors office and immediately had another one filled out and sealed, which was in May 2018 but all the dates and tests results were from January 2018. I still have the sealed envelope.

Now, my question is, when i get my interview date sometime this year, should I bring that form whicho one I filled out in May 2018 having the test results from January 2018? Since those tests are done more than an year ago! Or after getting the interview schedule I should simply go and get a new latest report? That would cost me extra money.

I’m worried that if I bring the one that I filled out in May 2018, and the officer in charge will be like, we cannot accept this form either the resuyare too old.

I just don’t want any additional delay to my application. Any experience will be appreciated.

Goodluck to all the applicants!
