I am reaching my 2 year anniversary in 3 months I got my interview scheduled now
Hi,
I got my interview scheduled in Utah after 16 months of waiting.
My question is they might ask me to submit my medical again as they expired.
My wedding day was 7/28/201
Medical dated: 9/22/2017
Pd sent on 12/28/2017
Biometrics: 1/28/2018
Received ead: 5/29/2018
Interview note: 3/15/2019
Interview is on 4/22/2019
I have my 2 nd year anniversary on 7/28/2019 in 3 months
As far as I know i will need to submit my Medical record again but don’t know till I attend the interview if they ask for medical. Can I withhold my medical records result till 7/20/2019 and send them as it takes longer to send there response?
Please friend need suggestion on that.
My marriage is all legit but just don’t want to go through the whole process of submitting documents and filing forms after two year of conditional gc to renew its quiet a process to go through and already have long of stress from my work and life. It’s just way to much for any one to take.
