After Interview, how long does it to make a decision?
My mother and I, I am the petitioner . Our office is in Queens, NY. Went to Federal Plaza.
We went to the interview 8 weeks ago now.
We got the 120 day notice. I am a student and don't work. So, I had a good cosponsor with very good income like 200k good.
When I read through the experiences here. Most people are approved on the spot or the next day.
Can anyone in Queens tell me their experience about how long they waited.
My case is simple. Marriages have to be believed. I am wondering they don't like co-sponsor. That is causing the delay.
