Expedite response from USCIS
PD: December 7th 2018
March 22nd : Expedited through senator.
Have called USCIS 3 times and so far tried to raise 3 SRs.
April 5th : USCIS replied senator saying that officer will review my file and I should hear back in 30 days.
April 6th : Got letter from USCIS in mail stating " we need additional information to take decision on your case. Please send documents to fax number. Followed by fax number and mailing address information".
It however doesn't say which documents do they need.
Has anyone experienced this before ? Will me or my lawyer be getting mail for additional documents?
Shouldn't they have listed required documents in that letter they sent
Please let me know if anyone has gone through same experience before.
