Hi everyone. Pd 11/24/2017. I130, 1765, and i485
Had rfe 04/2/2018 for hubbys birth certificate. Submitted and i765 approved 05/2018 which is also date that case was ready to be scheduled for interview. Fast forward to 10/31/2018 and case was scheduled for 12/10/18 for interview. Straightforward. Not many questions about relationship asked and yes or no questions were asked. My lawyer did not hamd in the new medicals. On 12/27/18 status changed to interview complete and must be reviewed. I130 was approved on 01/16/2019. On 01/19/19 we received rfe for new medical. We submitted that priority mail on 01/23/2019. No status update has happened. Nothing since. 120 days is 04/10/2019. Has anyone been through this situation? Oh and we submitted for ead renewal a couple weeks ago and received the receipt then a few days later got letter from NBC stating that we do not need a new biometrics because they will just review the same info. The wait is hard especially since we'd like to travel to guatemala. 😔
