Almost two years since I filed my I751, and still waiting..
Around 90 days before my Green Card expired, my wife had I have filed an I-751. We have received the receipt/extension letter for 12 months. After a little over a year we have received another extension, for a total of 18 months. Last month I had to go to MIAMI FLORIDA for an InfoPass appointment (the only place on the east coast that had availability), and got another 12 extension. Now slowly getting closer and closer to the two years mark since we filed the ROC forms. In addition, we have also filed an N400 documents for neutralization. Last month I had the interview. Passed, however, a decision cannot be made due to the fact that the I751 was not processed yet, and the officer rejected requests of both of myself, and my lawyer, to consolidate both cases.

Sometime at the end of November 2018, my I751 status online changed to “transferred to local office to schedule an appointment”. Haven’t heard anything regarding the cases since. Letters have been sent to the USCIS, requesting to consolidate both cases into one interview. Haven’t received any response in this matter either.
