Hello,
I have been a silent follower of this site. Your contributions have been of immense help and knowledge. Here is my brief story. My timeline (I-1485, I-130, I-765 & I-131) is below:
11/23/2018 – Priority date (submitted all forms/documents for AOS from F1 married to USC)
12/28/2018 – Bio-metrics done
02/28/2019 – Case ready to be scheduled for interview
03/04/2019 – Interview was scheduled
04/02/2019 – Interview completed
04/02/2019 – Interview completed, and case must be reviewed
04/03/2019 – I-30 (case approved) and I-485 (New card is being produced)
04/06/2019 – Received approval letters for I-130 and I-485 (It was my birthday gift from God because April 6th was my birthday.
04/08/2019 – Card was mailed via USPS
04/09/2019 – Card was delivered to my home.
My interview experience was cool. The IO made us took the usual oath, fingerprints and pictures. The IO didn’t ask us so much questions. She asked us how we met or our love story. Then, proceeded to yes/no questions. At the end, she said she will recommend our case for approval. We thanked her and left.
Note: I did not receive any EAD. Just straight to Green Card (137 days in all). I prayed well. I had so much faith in God. Thanks to everyone and I wish you well.
