Hello everyone I need you guys advice on my case please
I attended my interview on March 21 and everything went well but the io told me that I will have to submit my daughter birth certificate and a sponsor,regarding the birth certificate my name was not added as the father of the baby because I wasn't there when the baby was born,I was very sick at that moment so I couldn't be at the hospital,but I just filed the application of adding my name to my daughter birth certificate with the texas vital statistics,but they told me the process may take upto 40 business days so they might be a chance of me not getting the new birth certificate before the deadline of my RFE,pls guys advice me on what to do,should I submit the one that as only wife name and write a letter and explain why my name is not on the birth certificate and also include the confirmation that the application was filled with vital statistics to add my name as the father,pls your advice is highly appreciated
