Still nothing this week too
It has been another month for me.... I filed 09/28 to NBC. I have been kicked out of work 2 months ago and me and my wife have been using our savings to live in our new apartment hoping I will get it. STILL NOTHING. Looks like I will be terminating my lease and selling my stuff to get some money and live somewhere cause her income is so little. Our life became entirely upside down since the past 3 months.
I didn't renew my existing EAD because the site at that time says max if 5 months and I had 7 months to go. So I just filled my marriage based EAD. But the office extended these days to 7 months now. So my employers will not take the renewal receipt for 180 days extension because it was filed for renewal address the expiry of existing EAD.
If there is anyone out there who can help us please look the struggle we are going through!!!
