Interview completed and No EAD after 261 days !

My PD is July 27th 2018.
Did change of address October got 2 RFE back to back in November replied to tge first within a few days and the second in February of 2019. Received interview notice march and went to our interview alone because my husband is away on deployment. . The interview went ok i guess just basic questions from the application was asked. I was interview by a female office while a male office sat in the room while i was being interviewed.
What should i do now that it's been 9 months and I've yet to receive my EAD card?
