H1b - Consulate sent back to USCIS for Revocation
Hi All,
Below is my experience and would like to know your thoughts.
1. H1b Filed - April 2017
2. RFE - Sep 2018
3. Upgraded to Premium - April 2018
4. Approved
5. H1b Stamping - Hyderabad Consulate - June 2018
6.221g white slip
7. Following up with Embassy every month and now I received a reply from Consulate
8. We have Sent back your H1b to USCIS for Revocation.
Still not been updated in DHS / USCIS website about revocation.
Any thoughts /advises? Appreciate your help
