Hardest Stage of my life
Hi everyone,
I married a white American while overseas in 2016, we moved to the United States in 2017 and applied for my AOS on the 26th August 2017. Due to some financial difficulties my husband had to take another job overseas in September last year and So I applied for my case to be expedited in November 2018 bc I don’t want to be without my husband but before after my request would be looked into, USCIS (Chicago Field Office) scheduled my interview against January the 7th 2019☺️ So my husband came come for the interview in December and left after the interview.
We were interviewed together and at the end of it all the IO said everything looks good she could approve us but she had to review it bc she didn’t go through all the forms/documents we submitted. She told us i’ll Be getting a 10 year green card after her supervisor approves it after her .
I’ve never been without my husband since we got married so it’s hard for me especially that I’m not working, I didn’t get EAD. Each month he sends me money to pay the rent and bills then they increased the rent!
It’s really killing me been alone and redundant , I feel like I’m a liability on my husband, he wants kids but I wasn’t able to conceive but now we can’t even see each other and we don’t know when or if I will get approved so we could continue with our life and dreams.
I’ve been crying all day today, I cry almost daily since he traveled
