Waiting for EAD since July 2018
Been following comments and decided to post here as well in case there are some/any ideas:
Case received in July 2018 (8+ months ago) for both I-765 and I-131
Not received yet
RFE and all paperwork delivered
3 separate service inquiries - no response!
Called USCIS and spoke with second level officer who says I may want to put in expedited request.
Attorney says most expedite requests are ignored since volume is very high.
Sent request to CA Senator.
Received word that there is backlog (duh!) and they are not waiting on anything from our end. Just keep waiting (wha!) for them to catch up.
Getting desperate now!! Auto 180 days extension expires in a month. Will not be able to keep job!
Any ideas or other options?
