Hi All,
I have attended the interview at chennai first time on October 21st. They asked me about the internal project description and issued 221(g). Again i went to consulate on Feb 8th with project description. They asked me the financial documents how the project is financed and tax returns of the company and issued 221(g). My employer didn't send enough documents, that is tax returns which the employer sent is not for complete year, it is quarterly based. With that information again i attended the interview on Feb 22. Their first question "Did you bring the requested documents sir?" i handover all the documents, they verified the documents and confirmed that tax returns are not there for total year. Again they issued 221(g). I was very disappointed at that moment. I dont want to go afterwards. Now iam having all the requested documents. With that documents i went to conculate on April 19th. After handovering all the documents they didnt ask single question. The conservation is going as follow:
Me: Good morning mam.
VO: She smiled and said very good morning sir.
VO: Can you give your folder sir.
Me: I hand over the folder, and iam feeling very tension at that time.
VO: Why are you going to US sir?
Me: I replied properly and she satisfied with that answer. Make sure that the answer for this question should be very short and clear.
VO: Can you tell me about your project details?
Me: I have explained about the project...
VO: What is your qualification?
Me: M.C.A.
VO: Can i have your Certificattes
Me: I passed my certificates to her. And she is very clear by checking my certificates. And passed it to me.
VO: Ok sir iam issuing a visa, please go and pay the fee in first counter.
Me: Thank you mam.
That's it, now i have got my passport with VISA.
So Friends' be confident and clear while answering the questions what there are asking, surely you will get visa. The main thing is get clear information from you employer. If you employer information is genuine then they are not restricted to give a visa to you.
