Sponsor lost his job
My green card interview is in 3 weeks time and my husband who is my sponsor lost his job last week. I received my EAD in December and very well paid up till date. I fear my husband will not be able to find a job before then and we haven't been able to find a co sponsor. He is currently searching for another job and also trying to set up his own business. Does anyone know if this will affect the decision process and do you think since I'm well paid , we might not be asked for a cosponsor if they find out he's no longer employed. Please advice because I'm really worried even though my husband seems not to be worried saying all will be well and has refused to inform our lawyer about this incident.
